| Canceling appointments |
|
| Call your clinic to cancel any time. Two working days before your scheduled clinic appointment, a computerized reminder service will telephone you. You may confirm or cancel your appointment during the confidential call. If you confirm your appointment but later are unable to keep it, please call the clinic to cancel. |

After-hours medical problems |

| If you experience urgent medical problems after normal business hours, there is a Registered Nurse on call 24 hours a day/7 days a week to assist you. For urgent but not life-threatening problems, call our toll-free HealthConnect 24 nurse triage line at (888) 884-2401 or locally call (573) 884-2401. The nurse will assist you to find an appropriate place for you to receive care or put you in contact with an on-call physician. For life-threatening illnesses or injuries, please call 911 or your local emergency number. |
